Jasper, GA - Get ready for the school year at the Pickens County Back to School Bash! Join us Tuesdays, July 9th and July 23rd from 1 to 6 PM at the Pickens County Health Department for a day of fun and important services.
On July 9th, we will offer vaccines and health screens required for Form 3300, free goodie bags for kids, free meals for kids (while supplies last), and more.
On July 23rd, we will have vaccines and health screens required for Form 3300, a WIC Farmer's Market, free goodie bags for kids, free meals for kids (while supplies last), free books for kids, and more.
Amerigroup will also be handing out free items at both events.
Visit us during these events or any time for vaccine records, vaccines and screens for school enrollment Forms 3231 (Vaccines) and 3300 (Hearing, Dental, and Vision), and other services. We offer sliding scale costs for those without insurance.
