The Living Bridge Center is a federally funded HIV Specialty Care clinic system established in 2003 with the mission of providing the best HIV care in Northern Georgia. Since its inception, The Living Bridge Center has grown into two full time clinics, one monthly satellite clinic in Blue Ridge, Georgia.

Along the way we have steadily grown the number of services we can provide from HIV medical care, to full patient medical care, transportation assistance, housing assistance, HIV Prevention and Outreach and testing services.

The staff of The Living Bridge Center are recognized HIV professionals, all with a singular focus of providing you with the finest HIV care available. We have a full complement of nursing professionals, so each patient of The Living Bridge Center has their own nurse case manager. Our Benefits Coordinators and Front Office Staff are here to assist with arranging supportive services and access to other programs of care and support.

OUR LOCATIONS

The Living Bridge Center has three full time clinics, both conveniently located across the North Georgia Health District region.

Our North Clinic, TLBC – North, is located at 1200 West Waugh Street, Suite A, Dalton GA. This clinic is located in Whitfield County, Georgia.

Our Southern Clinic, TLBC – South, is located at 130 Riverstone Terrace, Suite 102, Canton, GA. This clinic is located in Cherokee County, Georgia.

Our Eastern Clinic, TLBC – East, is located at 1498 Jesse Jewell Pkwy SE # C, Gainesville, GA 30501. This clinic is located in Hall County, Georgia.
