The proceeds from this year's Express Your SuperPower 5K/10K race were directly donated to support the MedMilk Project: Building Georgia's Milk Bank. With the urgent need for a replete milk bank in Georgia, these funds will help provide safe, donated breastmilk to infants who cannot receive it from their biological mothers, ensuring they receive vital nutrition and immune protection—an essential gift for their development.
This annual race also aligns with the global World Breastfeeding Week campaign, which aims to raise awareness about breastfeeding and its numerous benefits. By participating, families and individuals can express their gratitude and support for breastfeeding initiatives, ensuring that all infants have access to the nourishment they need.
In keeping with the themes of thankfulness and community support, this year's event emphasizes our collective goal to create a future where every infant can thrive.
