Public Swimming Pools & Spas

The focus of this program is to reduce the risk of water-borne illnesses and injuries to the public associated with public swimming pools and similar water features through assessment, education, and enforcement.

Cherokee County has Swimming Pool Regulations that are slightly ammended from the Georgia DPH Regulations.  Contact the Cherokee EH Office to obtain a copy.
